What you’ve been through is helping you Become WHO YOU ARE.
And that is making some people uncomfortable…
Some of you are living under a false name. Mantled and labeled in life in opposition to who God says you are.
The danger is that because you’ve worn this false mantle for so long you’re having a hard time believing what God says about you.
Even divine encounters are not piercing the callousness that has developed in your heart.
I was meditating on Gideon yesterday. He encountered 4 miracles from God and still couldn’t believe who the Angel of the Lord was saying that he was.
Sadly, Gideon only finally believed once he heard it come from the mouth of his enemy.
That is the voice that had been the loudest in his life and the one to which Gideon placed weight and belief.
He didn’t think God was holding up His end of the deal. He was having a conflict in believing God.
Have you been there?
That was me, I was out praying one day the Lord showed me my heart and how many callouses had developed and how heavy my heart had become because of it!
Once I saw this I asked Jesus to help, to reaffirm who I am in His eyes. It was an explosion moment more me.
The world has tried to rename you out of your destiny.
That is NOT how you are known in the kingdom of God!
Whatever label has been spoken over you, be cast off in Jesus name.
RIGHT NOW, I come into agreement with who heaven says you are!
Renounce those false labels and false names, you are known in the Book of Life as an overcomer and victorious.
Father, I ask that the peace of Jesus be upon all who read this, let the scales fall from the hard places as you renew their hearts and minds.
Lord, take their heart in your hands as you did mine and breathe freshness upon it, redeem the years of heart ache and hope deferred. Show them how You care for the hearts that are given to You, Lord.
Be mantled a fresh today, take upon you new garments with your Heavenly name upon them in Jesus name.
Lord, I ask for an explosion of joy within each person as they receive this revelation from you today!
I thank you Jesus, for your everlasting faithfulness, for calling each of us out of dark places.
I pray that the confidence of identity in Jesus be upon every heart, every mind, proclaiming in every ear today, in Jesus precious name.
